Answer: Blank orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase if not embellished. There is a 15% restock fee applied to all returns.

Answer: You can cancel an order if the order has not progressed to screen printing or embroidery. There is a 15% restock fee applied since stock was pulled to fulfill your submitted order.
3. Do you charge for PMS match?
Answer: We do not charge for PMS match if we already have the color in stock.
