SCREEN PRINTING

This process uses soft hand inks through a screen to accomplish the design that is being applied to the fabric. There is a separate screen for every color being printed. Screenprinting is more affordable then embroidery when doing large orders or larger sized designs.

Prolucent Print: When printing a slightly lighter color than the actual fabric being printed.

Tone on Tone Print: When printing a slightly darker color than the actual fabric being printed.

Spot color Print: Doing exact color matches to artwork and printing solid areas of a fabric. When printing darker fabrics, there may be an underbase required for the colors of a design show true to color tones.
